some brokers are shady and do not tell you the facts about an apartment. why is that??????

Don't even get me started :-) sounds like you're renting. The rental market is terrible. In the sales market at least there is more professionalism.

Still, none of my 10 agent friends has bother to offer me a buyer agent rebate.
