250?sq ft. asking for $595k. Why stop at $595k, might as well ask for $800k or an even $1 million? With so many people in this city, there will be a sucker with big pockets falling in love with such a charming 2nd floor walk-up.

I put the sq footage over 300 sq ft including some allowance for walls. The reno is good but agree that the price is high. However, very few apartments in this price range in that area for people who must live in the west village.
