It's got a 'meditation room', so some mindfully-oriented soul will probably pay the asking price. I would certainly meditate on the legality of that upstairs 2nd bedroom, and ponder why I would want to buy into a 6-unit co-op with insufficient windows, and window unit a/c. But I do like the ceiling heights.
