Do most supers get paid parking as part of their job, even if the super rarely uses his / her car for coop business?

I know of Coops which have bought apartments in order to keep a good super because their families had outgrown the "Super's apartment" in the basement. Compared to that a free parking spot doesn't seem like much.

If he's not a resident and commutes in, it's a nice perk. If he's resident, it's another nice perk. Our building provides a good-sized 2BR apt (on a relatively high floor). Don't know about parking. (parking would be cheaper!).
