showing apartment while occupied without notice

Hi Im moving out of my apartment at the end of next month and the manager keeps trying to show the apartment without giving notice beforehand and even doing an open house on weekend without notifying me. I work at home and because of my weird sleeping pattern I go to sleep very late/wake up very late in the day so they coming up while Im still asleep bothers me very much to be honest. I pay my rent to live here and idk why I have to be stressed about this when there is still more than a month left until I move out. From what I read on nyc.gov, it has to be during reasonable hours AND they have to give me notice in advance. But on my lease, it only says they have permission to show the apt during reasonable hours. Does this mean they can just knock on my door/do open houses without giving me notice? I personally think having an open house for 5 hours on weekend without giving notice to the tenant is ridiculous. Please let me know if theres anything else I should know about and your thoughts.
