Discussion about 150 East 57th Street in Sutton Place
We're residents here and earlier this year we received a strange charge for "legal fees." We've been trying to get an explanation from the building's management (Urbana Properties) about what this charge was for months, but they do not pick up their phone or respond to messages. Was wondering if anyone else lives in an Urbana building and might know what this charge is for.

Just don't pay it. Why is not paying something that you don't recognize and don't owe harder than calling and leaving messages repeatedly?
