Discussion about Citylights at 4-74 48th Avenue in Hunters Point

Hi! We recently applied (Nov 4th paperwork went in) for a rental in this building, and are very curious how long it'll take for board approval of our sublease rental. We're getting a little anxious as our current lease is up Dec1, and it's nearly 15 days until we must vacate our current spot without a definite yes.

If it calms your anxiety, make the broker agree to cancel everything if not approved before the 25th, and get one of the many rental options within feet of there over the weekend.
