Discussion about 89 Bleecker Street #4K
This building is a dump. Ancient windows make it hot in summer and cold in winter. Plumbing,elevator,hot water and laundry room are all a problem and often don't work. Leaks are common. Management is awful and unresponsive to tenants. Mice and cockroaches. Yes, the location is great, but daily living is disgusting.
