Discussion about 89 Bleecker Street #3D
This building is a dump. Ancient windows make it hot in summer, cold in winter. Plumbing,elevator,hot water and the laundry room are all a problem and frequently don't work. Leaks are common. Mice and cockroaches. Management is awful and un-responsive to tenants, Good location, but daily living is disgusting. This is the third apartment this week to turn over in a small building. Guess no one wants to live there.
