Rental at 519 Lincoln Place #2K

This is strange. These are photos of the apartment 2K that I just moved out of... but in the building across the street. We rented the apartment through Victoria Correnti (same agent listing this) 9 months ago, and just moved out June 1 because it was awful. It's in 277 Eastern Parkway, but the bed-bug-ridden, back-facing apartments are on Lincoln. Victoria lied about it being rent stabilized.... [more]

We rented the apartment through Victoria Correnti (same agent listing this) 9 months ago, and just moved out June 1 because it was awful. It's in 277 Eastern Parkway, but the bed-bug-ridden, back-facing apartments are on Lincoln. Victoria lied about it being rent stabilized. Claimed the landlord was the best she works with (he is a dishonest slumlord,) and she bragged about how many friends she hooked up with apartments there. Well, she must be a horrible friend or have really low standards. In 20 years of renting in NYC, and my husband's 15 years, we've never had such an awful experience. And we've never had a landlord keep a portion of our deposit. This landlord is outright lying and just being spiteful and petty... not the honest and great guy that Victoria painted him to be. Birds of a feather... Save yourself a year in a horrible, noisy dump, and don't deal with this agent. [less]
