Do not be fooled by the location. This building is a dump. Hot water and the elevator are not reliable. The laundry room is a problem. It is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Plumbing is bad. Management is shady. The real estate agent tells you nothing about the problems and collects a big check. Don't do it.
