Do not be taken in by the location. This building is a dump. Why are none of the tenants renewing their leases? Consider the 5th floor a walk-up as the elevator often does not work. Do not count on hot water especially in the winter. There are mice and roaches. The hallways and laundry room are gross. Management is nasty and un-responsive. Do not trust the real estate agent to tell the truth.
