Do not be taken in by the location. This building is a dump. Cold in the winter, hot in the summer. Elevator and hot water often are not working. Mice and roaches. Plumbing is bad. Management is nasty and un-responsive. The real estate agent will take a big fee, but not point out any problems or issues. It is a small building that every tenant has left in the last few months whose lease is up. Don't do it.
