Do not be taken in by the location. This building is a dump. The elevator and hot water often don't work. The hallways and laundry room are gross. Mice and roaches in the apartments. Cold in winter, hot in summer. Plumbing is bad. Did you want your shower to drain, your toilet to flush? Management is nasty and un-responsive. The real estate agent will take a big fee and not tell you anything true about your apartment. Don't do it to yourself.
