Do not be taken in by the location. This building is a dump. The elevator and hot water often don't work. The plumbing is awful. Did you want your shower to drain, your toilet to flush? There are mice and roaches, leaks and mold. The hallways and laundry room are gross. Management is nasty and un-responsive. The real estate agent takes a big fee and doesn't tell you any of this. It is a small building and in the past few months, every tenant whose lease is up has left.
