Do not be taken in by the location. This building is a dump. The elevator often doesn't work, so consider this a fifth floor walk-up. There was zero hot water on the top floors this winter. There are leaks and mold, mice and roaches. The hallways and laundry room are gross. Plumbing is bad. Did you want your shower to drain (if you can take one)? Did you want your toilet to flush? The windows are ancient making it cold in winter, hot in summer. Management is nasty and un-responsive. The real estate agent will take a big fee and not tell you about the problems. Every tenant whose lease has been up in the past few months has left. Don't do it.
