This building is a dump. Do not be taken in by the location. The plumbing, hot water and elevator all frequently don't work. Not able to flush toilet, take a hot shower. There are mice and roaches. The ancient unsealed windows make it hot in summer, cold in winter. Management is weird and unresponsive. The real estate agent takes a big fee and fails to mention any problems with the apartment. Daily life here sucks.
