Hey all, anyone knows or can estimate how much it'd be for a heating bill in NYC if apartment doesn't include heat in monthly rent? Only hot water? 1) For electric heat 2) For forced air Building is brand new, so don't imagine it's too drafty and there are radiant heated floors (separate from main heat). Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

What neighborhood is this in? How many bedrooms? How many exposures?
