Does anyone have thoughts on this building? Finishes seem very nice with good floorplans. Not familiar with the neighborhood so any insight would be very helpful. thanks.

Hi! Its best if you compare the finishes with other condo developments on the market. I'm happy to send you a spreadsheet of new development projects in Brooklyn - my email is Danielle.Nazinitsky@corcoran.com

I recommend taking the subway out there and walking around. Lots of new condos going up right around there, but currently the neighborhood is in a half-gentrified state so you have the luxury buildings right across the street from dingy fried chicken restaurants.

@Elleinad85 thanks!
@CCL3 appreciate the response. I walked around today and I can see what you mean. Fulton/Livington streets seem to have a lot of construction. The charming shops/cafes a few blocks south was definitely a big plus. Couldn't find much on the developer/construction company (Oestreicher) but if they were behind Sky Lofts + Cobblestone lofts, I'll take that as a positive.

I'm not so sure about how good those floorplans are. For example:
The C line (flr 6-11): The very first thing you see when you walk in the front door is the kitchen. Minimal storage space. I also wonder where they're getting the LR measurements from.
The A line (flr 6-11): a lot line window in the LR that is going to be a big disappointment when something goes up next door. (and you may lose the kitchen window as well). At least the floorplan is better, though the 2nd BR closet is tiny, and you still walk in seeing the kitchen.
The D line ()flr 3-5): Interesting entry way, and another lot line window that when lost will make that 'bonus space' even less useful (convert it to a home office or walk in closet). Even with the window it's too small to be a legal BR. Again, walking into the kitchen.

I will admit to being very biased against the current trend of open kitchens, but these are particularly egregious. At least in the D line it will be easy to wall off when tastes change.

@CCL3 not sure why my response is so delayed (or didn't go through) but appreciate the comment! If my comment from yesterday doesn't show, I'll respond again @Elleinad85 thanks!

@Aaron2 appreciate the note. got a chance to ask questions at the sales gallery and learned that the lot line windows will look into the courtyard of the buildings next to it. Considering the rental to the west is a brand new building that's still under construction, that's good news. It is funny how the open/closed kitchen layouts can be so love and hate!

Half of the "open" kitchens in these new developments would have been derided as Pullman kitchens a few years ago.
