Discussion about 527 East 12th Street #MW
Apartment is dark no sunlight. All west facing windows are next to building and South facing windows have the building dumpster. Also the beautiful roof deck is a long walk up. The building hallway had an unfixed leak with a bucket sitting there... But the apartment is in a prime location.

You know it's bad when they only show (crappy) exterior shots of the building peppered with 'local flavor' images of folks enjoying coffee with their dogs. That said, $300k? Gonna get snapped up right quick I reckon.
