This guy Luca is a huge fraud. Pictures are not of the real apartment. The apartment Luca is actually showing is a dump. When I asked Luca why he would bait people into coming, his response was "I don't care, I'll flip this real fast." StreetEasy shouldn't allow this weasel to do business on their site.
