I've been on StreetEasy since about 2007, and this community has been very instrumental in helping me shape The Burkhardt Group and is certainly a big part of our success! For this reason I was naturally inclined to want to include StreetEasy in this effort. We already donate a portion of each deal to a couple of charities, which is not something we talk about a lot, but it’s something that is very important to us. So I've been talking with my team trying to figure out a way that we could help out New York during this extremely difficult time. Here's what we've come up with: The Burkhardt Group will donate our entire buy-side commission—less paying the buyer our standard commission rebate—from one deal that goes into contract from today through September to the Greater New York Hospital Association COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund.
