Management threatening to mail back packages

As the Corona virus has lead to unprecedented changes, one would expect the management to be slightly more understanding about significant others staying (even if under normal circumstances they live at a different permanent address and abide by rules and only visit weekends) However, that is not the case. The packing office has resisted notifying us when packages mailed to my address under my significant others name were delivered, did not log them, and made it quite a fuss to locate and give the package to her when she came looking with a confirmation. Now they have notified me that they mail back packages under her name. (Note in 4 weeks there have been only 2 such packages. Of course necessary packages can be readdressed to be under my name. But it is a callous and money grabbing tactic that is rude on the management's part.
