Discussion about 425 East 58th Street #47E
I loved that building, and I loved my apartment, and it hurt to have to get out, but I tested for mold and not only were there scads of different varieties but the amount of toxic mold was disastrous. I couldn't breathe in that apartment.

Guess Trump doesn’t care about the 5 grand children who live in the building

I have seen quite a few apartments on my "watchlist" trade in that building and have it in my head that it has held up fairly well in terms of resales.

Because once you become a citizen there you don't have to pay taxes or obey laws.

Do the Trumps living there wear masks?
