Discussion about 98 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
When disaster strikes nobody is at home.
They emailed after the fire was already "extinguished" You had to figure out your own way out, through smoke at that. Useless management, no live in super (VIOLATION), and a building that is not maintained.
There is no published emergency plan(i.e. instructions for tenants "in the event of...") for the building and no live-in super. The owners seem more committed to limiting staff and services than providing a safe and well-maintained residence
