Seamless rental process + great building

We are so excited to move into our new rental at 564 St Johns. The leasing agents and management have been organized and informative throughout the entire rental process. We have friends who have lived in the building for over a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences, from the attentive doormen to useful amenities like the gym and beautiful rooftop space with grills/plenty of seating. Our apartment is spacious with a perfect layout for a couple and convenient washer/dryer in the unit. The building is kept clean with hand sanitizer by the front desk and distancing stickers in the elevator.
