Be warned - there are a ton of cabinets in this apartment which are nice, and there is a washer-dryer...but there are also a ton of mice! There is a gap between the floor and the subfloor in apartment 1C. The mice come through under the dishwasher and the dryer. You can't steel wool your way out of the problem. There is an infestation in the building. They would run around in my bed! You have been warned!

Wow, $ 2,400 is a lot of money for that DUMP and with a huge mice infestation? That's amazing in this economy............... That would be high at $1,400!! Thanks for the warning.
