rufus could have been a great mathematician if not for the Chicago school system. Instead he got this public relations assistant's assistant job with the Chicago realtor association (a.k.a CRASS)

But these cities you have mentioned are very modern and more advanced than a lot of towns in America. Why would you expect the education standard to be less in these places?
