Needed the cheapest blinds place to measure and install blackouts- last time I measured myself I messed up and I never opened my bedroom shade for 5 years. I know you guys have the best info.

I'll look them up. All I want is a blackout shade in the bedrooms. Since I'm in a rental I don't care about decor

ccc, why don't you ask your landlord if he wants to put his own blinds in and he'll pay for them. I did it for my tenants. He's only improving his place and you save money.

yeah right - I already asked for measurements - It's a huge building - 700 apts- and they don't provide blinds - I also want blackouts. Where I am now has cheap thin ones and I had to replace them

We bought from the shadestore (theshadestore.com). They have a show room in NYC. We installed them ourselves. The prices are reasonable and installation is easy. We like what we purchased there.

But did you measure yourself? I want them put in. I did them myself last time and it was awful. I got them cheap too from blinds galore or something like that
