I know someone who lives right upstairs from that unit, bought preconstruction, never looked back, and loves it. He's planning to live there forever, and so doesn't care about what he sees as a temporary price dip. But *everyone* except this dumbass lister knows that the prices there have gone down. Or they don't actually have to sell it, or don't emotionally want to.

Oh I get it stevie.... I gotz me a negative amortizing loan and I just added $70K to my principle... so now I need to sell it at =
Mortgage+flip profit+transaction costs+negative amort+fake boob job for wife+vacation to europe+penis enlargement procedure+dent in my porsche.... Got it! and the borker just stood there with a smile and nodded..... :)
