This apt actually seems reasonably priced, no? I understand that it's neither pre-war nor prime location, but it's not bad and seems to have tons of light and great views. I love the description - the agent should be a poet, haha!

No idea about 109 Greene. Do you know if it's a completely new build or a redo of an existing place? And I just saw the maintenance/CC's - jesus, that's expensive as well! The messy pics don't help the place out either - you'd think for that aggressive pricepoint in this competitive market they/the broker would of 'styled' the place or something....
