Isn't 1 Astor a rental bldg?

The bldg you are probably thinking of, Astor Place (the infamous bldg), has a Lafayette address. A friend of mine (he was w/ Oppenheimer Funds) bought a $2M apt there back in 2005. I was SO jealous, but he has since had to "moved on," wink, wink--so I am no longer jealous.

Anyone know who the management company for 1 Astor Place (the rental) is?

I have Ronen at Manhattan Connection listed as the building's leasing agent. Don't know who the management company is.
