The offering plan clearly states that you can ask for a full refund of your deposit after 1 full year has passed from the prospective first closing date. The date they have listed in the offering plan is Sepetember 7th 2007.1 year would be have been 9/7/2008. The contract states a different date however the contract also states the the offering plan trumps the contract shoud any dispute arise. Have your attorney earn his money and re read the contract and the offering plan. The answer is there for all to see.
