I'm curious to hear what kinds of features brokers would like to have on Street Easy to make their searches easier as well as their communication with clients?

#1 on my list is a Private Messaging feature -- something on the order of what Wired New York has.

#2 is I'd love to be able to buy ads -- I don't think anything is available between the banners (which seem cost-effective only for new developments) and sponsoring a listing -- but I'd love to know what you'd charge for placements on the right-hand nav (which would be a good way to do general brand advertising) and for one or two-line text ads a la Google (which would be a great way to "tweet" a new rental listing.)
