I dislike Cathy Blau and M. Bassett.... :( Do they OWN Lincoln Towers and 1991 B'way, respectively?

As long as I can remember, Cathy Blau has lived and worked Lincoln Towers and so has M. Bassett, in 1991 B-way. They are the "de-facto" brokers in that buildings and seem none too pleased about other brokers in "their" buildings. Likewise, Mike Reed owns 1965 B'way. They are the "de-facto" brokers in that buildings and seem none too pleased about other brokers in "their" buildings. Likewise, Mike Reed owns 1965 B'way. If I remember correctly his older "partner" sort of let him in on the building and then something nefarious happened and the older broker/partner disappeared and now Mike Reed uses his modeling experience to earn a living as a broker :) FYI... their MO is to have you wait downstairs and they'll come and collect you...at which point they let you know "they know the building" by making you stand there while they try to make small talk to anyone who walks into and out of the building... do you people think I'm an idiot? Anyway, just wondering if other brokers are "angry" that you have to work with "certain" brokers in buildings? One final thing, it's fair game when you put your mug shot up on a 60 foot screen and delay my Happy Feet screening to tell me about your RE Broker expertise...
