I need a little help. a friend/building owner has a basement commercial space ideal for MD or spa, whitebox renovation. It also has outdoor space, high ceilings, new electric, one below ground window at the front approx. 2000sqft. Located on west 86th near Columbus. Approximate ppsqft? She did not want to take my advice in regards to pricing and deferred to some of the big firms. well a year and a half later and several brokers it is still available. Thanks! Keith

Speak to Robyn Abrams at Lansco- I've called her in the past for suggestions on pricing retail & she was pretty helpful.
