Does anyone know what's going on with this building? Prices on 2bdrs seem to be falling like a rock (relatively speaking, anyway)--al;ready close to 1000 per square foot

the second bedrooms are tiny, and the building is not the most attractive in terms of lobby, finishes etc...

Visited an open house last weekend. Second bedroom is indeed small. Lobby has been completely redesigned and refurnished though.

those "bedrooms" should be called walk-in closets
