FHA loans?

Does anyone have any advice for securing an FHA loan? I found some information on hud.gov but I was wondering if anyone can share their personal success or if they have a contact for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

My wife and I need a 2 bedroom in LIC, WB, GP, or Fort green area etc.. We don't want to borrow from our 401K for the 20% down payment.

any major bank offers fha financing. Its tough to obtain on a condo, best best is to look for a house. Its a great program for those who cannot afford 20% down since the traditional pmi companies are effectively out of business.
