Sale at 100 West 119th Street #6A

I've actually been talking up this unit. And I'm in no way in favor of buying. I haven't seen this unit, but I've seen three or four others in the building (at much higher prices). Converted a few years ago, so everything is not top of the line, but is nonetheless very good quality. Also, not easy to find pre-war with tax abatement.

Seems like a stable building, some turnover but converted a few years ago so prices were cheap and credit may not have been such an issue here. Small fitness room, but adequate, whice is nice for the common charges, I think taxes are low for awhile but check. (I also seem to recall bike storage?)

The bedrooms are quite small, but this is one of the better layouts for simple changes. I was told when I was looking that the internal walls were not structural, obviously if you'd like to create a large bedroom from the two below you'd need to know that. I liked the sense of community I got from the building.
