I'd like to see all these optimists buy something in NYC - oh wait they could never afford to! Oh then of course NYC RE must keep going up so they can afford it......foreign buyers will save us all!!!!!! kplunk

I've always been in sales (not real estate) and you need to be optimistic no matter what the economy or the client says. Selling starts when the client says no!!
