This 'how much' is RE going to deflate is all really interesting. Without facts and states to back up claims it's all just wishing, betting and, praying. Let's make a church for sellers who prey for rapid recovery and a church for buyers who prey for complete sociological breakdown in all social norms. I'm talk'in the Snake Pliskin New York where condo ownership is decided by a battle to the death. Would that interest some of you?

Hell, New Yorkers used to burn each other out of their buildings. I think they've already been through the Snske Plissken scenario.
