I have nothing to do with that train-wreck of a building, so I don't stand to benefit anything from this, but I'm glad you're going after the developers and I hope you give 'em hell. It's appalling what the buyers in that building have had to put up with. If anything, you should make an example out of them so that bu11shit developers learn that they can't screw with their customers that way.

Can you please give details on what homeowner complaints are. We just moved in (as renters) and are pretty happy so far. The amenities seem to be on a never-ending delayed schedule, but what are the other complaints?
