How far will psf fall on Lower Fifth?

Looks like the coops on Lower 5th are starting to feel the pressure along with everything else. How low do people think psf values will fall in the neighborhood? Doesn't look like anything has gone below $1,000 psf yet. Looks like 30 Fifth and 33 Fifth has some apartments toward the lower end in the 2br market in that area.

500psf will be the average in manhattan...

if julia is right then that would suggest 750-800 psf on lower 5th. aside from 1 5th and 40 5th i would not be surprised to see things trading between 800 and 900 psf depending on views, size, layout, etc. in buildings like 30 33, 51, etc.

I agree with happyrenter...i'm basing my opinion on something that happening i've never seen before..RENTALS are coming down very, quickly and LLs are very nervous.
