What's up StreetEasy?
Yeah, I'm feeling a little neglected, too. Haven't seen an update in days.
Maybe SE also made some staff cuts. I rec'd one update about two weeks ago.
Maybe SE is going to prorate our $10 monthly fee for the time period it hasn't been performing correctly. Don't worry.
It's a valuable and terrific resource - I think we can forgive a few hiccups, but some admin updates or notices would be helpful!
I haven't gotten updates on my saved apts or searches for about 2 weeks but my wife had been so thought it was just me.
I love seeing when stuff has been overpriced by 25%, then gets lowered 25% and the broker says "Priced to sell"....
I heard a rumor that some of the brokerage houses were pissed that SE prices were not "accurate" and were going to fight it. I think it is rather that SE gives so much info that helps that the brokers do not want you to have (change in sales/history) that they are fighting the information battle.....fabricating excuses
Thanks, StreetEasy. This morning I had 192 updates! Wow, this will take a while.
We've been working out the glitch in sending out email updates. Everyone should have received their updates yesterday. Thanks for hanging in there with us!
I got one today
streeteasy,
thanks for the update and your participation in the community. this website is really fantastic
I think it's a fabulous resource too. Btw, as far as I know, London only has a site that shows what's currently on the market but no historical info. Sounds like a good opportunity.
