Discussion about Atelier at 635 West 42nd Street in Hell's Kitchen
Seems like there is an abnormally large amount of both rental and sales listings in this building. comments?

I toured this building with a sales agent two years ago. The developer still had on site construction crews, who were playing the theme song from the movie Titanic while they worked. A giant sinking ship theme... it was too funny... I couldn't stop grinning.
