I'm thinking to buy a foreclosed apt, where can I find the listing? Any no fee website? Do I need a buyer agent and where can I find a good agent? Do you think it is a right time to buy bank owned apts?Thanks!

Yes, it sounds like you could an agent. Depending on where you are looking purchase, feel free to contact an agent and inquire about stressed properties, but the sky has not fallen, so I am not sure what your expectations are at this moment.

I agree with manhattanfox. I think an attorney is more important in a foreclosure deal.
