I had my apartment listed with them....the broker was very nice but compared to the corcoran broeker i used a few years back, and am using now, not aggressive enough. in additiona, the website gets very few hits in this climate, not good.

in this market -- you need volume -- marketing -- imo -- corcoran had the lock on the market....
