First, after being on the market for 4 months they decided to RAISE the price by $200k! Secondly (and even more embarrassingly) there is no contact information available, not a phone number or email address, not even the NAME of the broker trying to sell the place. Thirdly, there isnt a single picture or floorplan listed either. Now perhaps I am being to harsh here, but does that broker honesty expect people will be blown away by the $200k increase? Enough so that they will SEEK out the broker, perhaps fratically hail a cab to ask the doorman who the listing agent is?
Lets get serious here, people dont care enough about this listing to do any work to find you. While we are on the topic, whats the deal with brokers who have (high priced I might add) listings that languish on the market for months, yet dont bother to add key info like photos or floorplans? It just boogles the mind I tell you.....

That's the Brompton--Related probably just wants people under contract to buy to think they are getting a deal so they don't walk.

So does that mean they are simply trying to appease people who already bought, and not even attempting to fill the (probably large number of) remaining empty apartments?? It doesnt make any sense, they dont even bother to provide a phone number. They really must think they are the bees knees over there, arrogance at its best folks!
