Discussion about
http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/376100-coop-35-west-90th-street-upper-west-side-new-york I have not seen this listing before, and also not noticed it discussed on the threads - too good to be true or has rational pricing begun creeping in by the bathroom window (Beatles on here this morning . . . )
LP: Glick and Artzt habitually price high, and I'm not sure this one is an exception. If you like the style, it's a nicely finished product; but I always blanch at the most expensive apartment in a building, especially when it doesn't have much of a view.
That one was listed at the same price in 2007. I don't know what it sold for (not an insider).
$2.545m
It's a lovely apt with great flow on a nice block. The maintenance is excruciatingly high, and in a down market, those need to be priced aggressively...
