Did anyone make the open house at 340 west 86? it looks like a strange layout and the kitchen seems small but wanted to get a sense of anyone saw it and what they think of the price level now.

We saw the bigger apartment. Didn't really like it - but it is quite big. Kitchen was strange. A group of us were also trapped in the elevator. Broker said they are getting two new elevators- but didn't enjoy being trapped there. They announced at the open house that the apt. was discounted another 100k. Really didn't like the second bathroom - everything was miniature - but I guess if you have little kids it might appeal

Note LookingAround's comment on the huge assessment. This is not a building I would recommend.
